Great eggless mug cake recipes are now becoming easier with the use of some buttermilk. Now, I’ve tried a few different versions as some were burning due to lack of fat in the cake, but with my experiments and patient children using oil instead of butter is great option.
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Cocoa
3 Tbsp Self Raising Flour
2 TBsp Buttermilk
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Sugar
10g Dark Chocolate
10g White Chocolate
10g Milk Chocolate
Add oil and buttermilk to a mug
Add cocoa, self-raising flour, baking soda and sugar, then stir well.
Add milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate to the mug.
Heat in the microwave at full power for 1 minute 40 seconds
Grab a spoon and enjoy warm.
