Super Skinny Banana Loaf

Super Skinny Banana loaf with only 132 calories with only 2.6 grams of fat and only natural sugars. With a good generous portion this is a very moist spiced banana loaf.

This Super Skinny Banana Loaf is a low fat and no sugar snack is a great snack for those “healthy days” and wanting something naughty but healthy.

Ingredients
2 Bananas
2 egg whites
125ml honey
100g Plain flour
3/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
75g Brown flour
2 tbsp light Olive oil

Separate the egg white and whisk until stiff peaksIMG_9078.JPG

Then add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, sugar and salt IMG_9081.JPG

Add mashed bananas to the mixture  IMG_9083.JPG

Mix well with a spoon
