These easy peasy muffins are great to make when you have too many ripe bananas and no mixer is needed!
150g Melted butter
225g Selfrising Flour
150g Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
150g Chocolate chopped
Mix together the milk and eggs with a spoon.
Add in the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla and mix. Slowly stir in the melted butter.
Stir in mashed banana and chocolate, and scoop into 12 muffin cases
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170c for 25-30mins
Enjoy warm or cooled!
