Great breakfast in a cup! High in protein, fibre and low in carbs – all round goodness!
In a blender (Vitamix) add
50g Spinach ( Big Handfull)
50g Frozen berries ( Big Handfull)
100ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
50g Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop of good protein ( USN Whey)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Blend at low speed and slowly bring it up to high for about a 1minute ( on a Vitamix) may take a little longer on a regular blender.
Pour into a smoothie cup
And enjoy on the run ( if thats the case). Its a great pre-gym or post-gym workout and keeps you fuller for longer!
