75g Melted butter
1 ripe banana
115g self-raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
75g Muscavado Sugar
vanilla and chocolate frosting
Mix together melted butter, milk, egg and mashed banana.
Add in flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla extract
Stir until all combine by hand.
Spoon into 12 muffin cases
Bake for 18-22 minutes at 180c until browned and cooked ( press on top and see if it springs back)
Allow to cool.
Spread frosting roughly over the muffins
