160g Caster sugar
160g Dark brown sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
350g Plain flour
1 Tsp Baking soda
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Salt
Add the margarine and sugar to a mixing bowl
Cream together the sugar and margarine
Add remaining ingredients except raisins and mix together.
Stir in the raisins.
Dollop on to a greased baking sheet keeping at least 2 inches between as they will spread.
Bake in the oven at 170c for 11 minutes until lightly golden brown but not hard.
Allow to cool for a minute, and then remove from the baking tray on to a cooling rack.
