Chocolate Custard
Ok – I’m been eating lots of Egg whites, so what shall I do with the yolks, so decided to try to make a chocolate dessert for the kids, specially with all these easter eggs around the house.

Chocolate Custard

400ml Skimmed Milk
75g Sugar
8 Egg Yolks
80g Chocolate ( Mix of Milk & Dark)

Heat milk and sugar until the sugar dissolvesChocolate Custard

Mix up the egg yolks with a forkChocolate Custard

Add Chocolate to milk and allow to meltChocolate Custard

Add the yolks to the milk slowlyChocolate Custard

Heat and simmer the custard mixtureChocolate Custard

Pour into cups and place in the fridge over night.

Chocolate Custard

Top with some strawberry fromage frais and a crumbled flake!
