Ingredients:
200ml Yogurt
100ml Milk
200g Plain Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
35g Melted Butter
*Optional 3-4 Tbsp of Sugar
In a blender,whizz up all the ingredients for about 2 minutes ( until all well combined)
Heat up a fry pan and add a little oil, and pour in some batter, slightly spread with a back of a spoon.
Using a spatula, see if the bottom has set and slightly browned and flip to cook the other side.
Make sure you cook both side , serve immediately and enjoy!
I served with some whipped cream, blueberries and maple syrup!
