Instructions
Cut up each filo sheets into 9 pieces.
In a lightly oiled sprayed muffin pan layer 3 sheets add a little oil spray in between each layer.
Bake the filo pasty in the oven at 180c for about 8-10 minutes until crisp and lightly brown.
Meanwhile stir together vanilla, sweetener and yogurt.
Chop up the mango, kiwi and pineapple into small pieces.
Once the filo baskets have cooled, add a spoon full of sweetened yogurt topped with a fruit and enjoy!
