Vegetable Paneer rolls are great easy fusion dish combining the lovely taste of Indian spices with paneer wrapped in puff pastry.
These vegetable paneer rolls are great lunch or light dinner option specially when served with a fresh salad. The Kids and husband loved these, now keep asking for them!
You could actually fill them with lots of delicious fillings, you could have these very universal.
Adding paneer to the dish adds extra protein to the dish, if you have never heard of paneer, it is an indian cottage cheese form, but very similar to halloumi in texture where it doesn’t melt. I have a blog post to make paneer yourself, which is what I do now. You can buy in your local supermarket like Tescos or Sainsburys.
This could be a tear and share type party food with drinks if you having a social gathering at home.
