These Smarties Cup Cakes are lovely lunch box treats! Simple but yet make kids happy.
If you slight coat the Smarties in a little flour then they are less likely to sink to the bottom of the cake! 
When Smarties are baked in the oven, the colour slightly discolour to a light shade and shells may crack.
Ingredients
100ml Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
100g Margarine
150g Caster Sugar
150g Plain Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Mini Smarties
Add all the ingredients to the vitamix except for the Smarties. 
Whizz at medium speed for about 1-2 minutes 
Spoon into 12 cup cake cases 
Sprinkle on some mini Smarties onto each cup cake
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 170c until baked.
