Smarties Cookies

Ingredients:
135g Unsalted butter
80g caster sugar
80g light brown muscovado sugar
Egg
1/2 Tsp
190g plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
100g Smarties

Add butter to a mixing bowl 

Add the sugars to the bowl and cream together.

Add egg and vanilla and mix together.   Add flour,salt and baking soda and form a dough

Add some smarties to the dough

Stir in with a spoon

On a greased baking tray add a table spoon of dough relatively far apart and bake in the oven at 170c for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Enjoy warm or allow to cool completely and store in an air tight tub.
