Yes more cookie time! Another new creation of wild addition of cereal in a cookie!
ngredients:
110g margarine
170g light brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
160g self raising flour
60g mixed breakfast cereal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
100g chocolate
Add some margerine and light brown sugar to a mixer and cream together
Add in the vanilla extract and egg and mix again until combined.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and mixed cereals such as sugar puffs, frosties, bran flakes, malt wheats and coco pops and mix all together in the mixer.
Add in the chocolate and again stir in so all distributed through out the mixture.
Using a small ice cream scoop dolop the cookie dough onto a baking tray.
Bake in oven at 170c for about 11-12 minutes until lightly brown on top.
Remove the cookies from the baking tray onto a cooling rack with in a minute or so from taking out of the oven.
Enjoy the cookies warm or cool
