I made some homemade Peanut Butter Granola Bars the other night,and while cutting up the granola I ended with lots of crumbs and small chunks. So I crumbled it all up.
Ingredients:
Crumble down is larger chunks of the granola.
Add 3 plain digestive biscuits broken by hand.
If you have any small chocolates ( bite size) spare ( or the ones no one likes!) cut them up into smaller pieces. I used 3 mini mars and 2 mini creme egg twists. Mix all together.
Melt chocolate over simmering water
Mix together with the granola mixture. Add some baking paper to a dish and pour in the chocolate mixture and place in the fridge over night.
Chop into pieces using a strong sharp knife with a lot of arm power!
Enjoy as a treat snack!
