Another revised flapjack recipe.
125g Golden Syrup
100g Light Brown Sugar
100g Milk Chocolate
Melt in a sauce the butter, honey, syrup and sugar.
Into a big bowl add the oats, muesli, raisins and mix together.
Add the butter mixture to the big bowl, and mix together. Then add in the chopped chocolate and spread into a baking tray. Bake for 25-30mins at 170c. Allow to cool for 5 mins then cut into the desired size pieces and cool completely.
