Gluten Dairy Sugar Free Carrot Cakes

ingredients
1 Egg
100g Gluten Free Plain Flour
100ml Rapeseed Oil
10g Stevia
100g Grated Carrots
1/3 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/3 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/3 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 tsp Baking Soda

Mix all the ingredients in a mixer for about 2-3mins, then spoon into muffin cakes. Bake in the oven at 180c for about 20-25mins and enjoy!
