These little healthy balls are flavoursome and rather yummy. You can can’t tell there is no sugar, no chocolate and made with natural healthy ingredients and also vegan friendly 🙂
Vegan basically means not consuming animal products including meats, poultry, fish and diary such as milk, cheese and eggs. In real terms a plant based diet.
As they are made with all natural ingredients, they are a great nutritious treat and keep the insulin level not causing any spikes and to help keep you going when you are on the run! These are great for children – however as they do contains nuts you may not include in as a lunchbox school treat. 🙁
Ingredients
30g Desicated Coconut
30g Algave Nectar
20g Raw Cacao
20g Chia & Flaxs
30g Cranberries
30g Sultanas
30g Cashews
30g Date
20g Oats
Add all the ingredients to a food processor
Blitz on high speed for a few minutes until the mixture turns sticky,
Using a small scoop ( melon baller), scoop the mixture into you hand and roll into a ball.
Store in the fridge and enjoy!
