Vegan Pancakes

Are you trying to cut diary out of your diet? You can still have some healthy delicious pancakes made with only 3 ingredients, yes only three! Apple, oats and almond milk – as easy pie!

Ingredients
200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
50g Oats
1 Apple

Add all three ingredients to a good blender or vitamix.

Blitz at high speed until the mixture is smooth.

Heat a pancake pan and spray with a little oil, add small ladle of batter into the pan. Cook until you see bubbles forming and setting to the top.

Flip the pancake over to cook the other side.

Serve and enjoy the pancakes.
