Sunday Sundae – Healthy Strawberry Jelly

This little of cup of sweetness is less than a 100 calories and full of flavour using sugar-free jelly and light cream. If you do follow weight watchers it’s only 1 pro point!

Add a few strawberries to the a cup cut in half, then fill with strawberry jelly made with crystals and allow to set overnight. Just before serving, add a little light whipped cream and enjoy!
