What do you do when you a load of mini Toblerone bars in white and milk chocolate?
Yes, exactly what I thought…..Cup cakes!
The Toblerone chunks add so much of the Toblerone flavour and smoothness.
150g caster sugar
150g self-raising flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
4 mini white Toblerone
8 milk Toblerone
Chocolate butter cream frosting
Add the yogurt, butter, caster sugar, self-raising flour, vanilla, baking powder and eggs into a Vitamix blender.
Start at slow speed, slowly increase to medium-high speed for about 1 minute.
Using a large ice cream scoop, scoop the batter into cup cake or muffin cases.
Sprinkle on chopped white and milk chocolate Toblerone bars to each cup cake.
Using a palette knife, swirl the chocolate into the batter.
Bake the cup cakes in the oven at 170c for about 15-20 minutes until baked and golden brown.
Using a palette knife, spread on the chocolate icing and sprinkle on the some more chopped Toblerone.
