Ohh Yes – Guess what I’ve started again!! My Photo Food Diary in the attempt to shed a few pounds before “Wedding Season” starts! 2 of my lovely beautiful baby cousins are getting married starting next month and hopefully to shift 1-2 lbs and keep me accountable!
I will try to post everything I eat – whether it’s good or bad, clean or dirty – main point is to keep me accountable!!!

Breakfast: USN Whey Strawberry protein powder, frozen mixed berries, ice, water and blitz in vitamix!
Lunch: Salad with lettuce gem, rocket, mixed leaves, cucumbers, gherkins, tomatoes, cottage cheese, cheese and Walden Farms Chipotle dressing and Red Hot Buffalo sauce.
Snacks: Dry bran flakes for a mid morning snack, Quest Bar and nuts as an afternoon snack.
Dinner: omelette with brussel sprouts, spinach, red onion all cooked in coconut oil topped with cheese and melted in the grill, then drizzled with Siracha hot sauce.
