These Cherry Blondie have probably been my husbands best Blondie recipe, he is not a huge fan of brownies, but Blondie specially with cherry he can not get enough of.
The cherries I think actually make these Blondie brilliant.
Ingredients
150g white chocolate
125g butter
150g caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
200g self-raising flour
100g Pitted cherries in syrup
25g dark chocolate
Add white chocolate and butter in a glass bowl
Melt in the microwave, heating 30 seconds and stirring, and heating again until melted.
Add sugar and stir
Add flour
Add eggs and vanilla and stir well.
Add cherries 
Stir in the cherries
Stir in the dark chocolate 
Pour into a lined baking tray
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 170c
Slice and enjoy
