1 Banana
1 Apple
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond milk
1 Egg
25g Honey
1 tsp Baking soda
25g Dark Chocolate chips (70%)
50g Raisins
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vanilla
150g Wholemeal flour
1 Tbsp coconut oil
50g Fat free greek yogurt

In a food processor add a peeled banana and peeled roughly chopped apple.

On medium speed chop until the fruit is blended.Skinny Choc Muffin

Add unsweetened almond milk, egg, vanilla and honey into the food processor and on medium speed blitz briefly.Skinny Choc Muffin

Then add the salt, baking powder, coconut oil, whole wheat flour and yogurt. Mix well for about a minute on medium speed.Skinny Choc Muffin

Add the dark chocolate chips and raisins.Skinny Choc Muffin

Add  the batter evenly to 12 cup cake cases.Skinny Choc Muffin

Due to the limited fat in the muffins, they may stick slightly to the cup cake case.
