Chocolate Banana Loaf is the best way to use up some rather ripe bananas. When the bananas are super ripe, they add an extra sweetness to the loaf.IMG_8443-0.JPG

With lots of chocolate left over from Christmas, why not melt it and drizzle over the top for an extra indulgent treat.IMG_8444.JPG

This quick and easy loaf is very moist and great for a lunch box treat or with an afternoon cuppa tea!IMG_8443.JPG

3 tbsp cocoa
4oz caster sugar

Add 3 small ripe bananas in to the mixture

Mix well – you may see small lumps of banana but is nice in the loaf. If you don’t like the small lumps then mash the bananas before adding to the mixture
