Rosemary Focaccia bread

225g Strong Bread Flour
7g Yeast
6-7 Garlic Gloves
10 Olives
1/2 Tsp Salt
2-3 Tsp Rosemary
2 Tbsp Oil
Rock salt

Mixed together the flour, yeast and salt


Add finely chopped garlic, olives and rosemaryIMG_4647

Add oil and 150ml warm water IMG_4649

Knead for 5-10 minutes either by hand or using a dough hook


Place in an oiled bowl, sprinkle at little flour and cover with cling film.IMG_4675

Place in a warm place for about an hour until doubled in size.IMG_4696

Briefly knead and knock out the air on a floured surface.IMG_4699

with your fingers start to roll our and stretching the dough into a baking tray, cover with cling film again allow to prove again in a warm place for another 30 minutes.IMG_4701

Sprinkle on the rock salt, rosemary and drizzle olive oil over the top and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200c.
