225g Strong Bread Flour
6-7 Garlic Gloves
1/2 Tsp Salt
2-3 Tsp Rosemary
2 Tbsp Oil
Mixed together the flour, yeast and salt
Add finely chopped garlic, olives and rosemary
Add oil and 150ml warm water
Knead for 5-10 minutes either by hand or using a dough hook
Place in an oiled bowl, sprinkle at little flour and cover with cling film.
Place in a warm place for about an hour until doubled in size.
Briefly knead and knock out the air on a floured surface.
with your fingers start to roll our and stretching the dough into a baking tray, cover with cling film again allow to prove again in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Poke your finger into the dough making indents
Sprinkle on the rock salt, rosemary and drizzle olive oil over the top and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200c.
