Apple Blackberry Pies

6oz Flour
1 1/2oz Butter
1/2 Orange zest
1 cooking Apple
1 small regular Apple
2oz sugar
2oz blackberries


In a food processor add the flour, cold butter, orange zest and about 1-2 tsp of cold water.IMG_5219

Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes.IMG_5220

Add the apple, blackberries and sugar to a pan and heat over medium heat.IMG_5241

Once the fruit has soften and become thick about 20 minutes, take off the heat. IMG_5242

Using a mini muffin pan, roll out and add pastry. Fill with the apple blackberry mixture.IMG_5244

Add the tops, a fork prick and wash of milk


Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c
