30g Whey Protein
15g Flaxseed Milled
55g Whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp Honey
2 1/2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Add milk, egg, oil, protein, oats, flaxseed, whole wheat flour, honey, salt, baking soda and baking powder into a blender.
Blitz on high-speed until completely blended.
Heat a non stick fry pan over medium heat and pour in a ladle of batter and swirl around the bottom of the pan, allow to cook and as it sets, flip and cook the other side.
Serve immediately and add some toppings of your choice! White Chocolate, banana and honey.
