Picked Onion Chilli Hummus

A quick easy lunch idea with an all in one method to hummus.

1 Can Chickpeas ( drained)
2-3 Gloves of Garlic
1 Red large chilli
1 Tsp Tahini pasta
10-12 Picked Onions & 2 Tbsp of vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice


In a food processor add in all the ingredients and whizz at medium to high spread until blended, depending on if you prefer it slight chunky or smooth.


Spoon into a side dish and sprinkle on a little paprika and drizzle a little olive oil.


If you have time, then place back in the fridge to cool, if not serve as with some warm toasted pitaIMG_3630
