1 Batch of Pastry
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
6oz Evaporated Milk
Using roughly 9-10g of dough and roll into a ball.
Using a dobber, gently flour and push into the dough lightly
Making a tart/pie base for the mini pumpkin bites.
In a mixing bowl add the egg, spices, milk, flour and pumpkin
Mix well until all combined
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pastry and bake in the oven for 20-25mins until golden brown at 180c
