Ingredients:
125g Butter
200g Dark Chocolate
2 Eggs
125g Light brown sugar
100g Caster sugar
175g Plain flour
1 Tbsp Cocoa
80ml Baileys
Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave.
In a seperate bowl mix together the sugar and eggs.
Add the sugar mixture to the chocolate mixture.
Add the flour and cocoa and stir
Finally add the Baileys to the brownie mixture.
Pour into a 23cm baking tin
Bake for 30-35 at 170c
Remove from tin and sprinkle on a little icing sugar
Slice into small pieces
Enjoy! These little bad boys have a rich chocolate dense flavour with a hint of Baileys!
