Mini Heart Cake

This is a quick mini heart cake idea. This was pending in my posts from last year – so for the delay!
Ingredients:
4oz Butter
4oz Self Raising flour
40z Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Start with a basic vanilla sponge cake mix, using the all in one method mix the ingredients and pouring into molds.

Bake in the oven for 20mins or until golden brown and cooked at 170c.

Cover with colour fondant icing

Decorate with flowers and butterflies using cutters
