Brownies

Ingredients:
200g Dark chocolate
175g Butter
350g Caster Sugar
130g Plain Flour
3 Eggs

In a microwave proof bowl break up the chocolate and add butte.

Heating 30 seconds at a time, melt the chocolate butter mixture.

Add the sugar and stir.IMG_3031

Add the Flour and fold into the batter.

Add the eggs into the batter and stir well.

The batter with have a sheen.

Pour the batter into a oven proof dish lined with baking paper.

Bake in the oven at 170c for 25-35 minutes until the top sides start to crack and the middle still seems a little wobbly.Allow the Brownie to cool.  IMG_3083 Remove from baking paper
