200g Dark chocolate
350g Caster Sugar
130g Plain Flour
In a microwave proof bowl break up the chocolate and add butte.
Heating 30 seconds at a time, melt the chocolate butter mixture.
Add the sugar and stir.
Add the Flour and fold into the batter.
Add the eggs into the batter and stir well.
The batter with have a sheen.
Pour the batter into a oven proof dish lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 170c for 25-35 minutes until the top sides start to crack and the middle still seems a little wobbly.Allow the Brownie to cool. Remove from baking paper
Slice into pieces and Enjoy
