Another Cookie Creations!
20g Dark Brown Sugar
140g Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
75g Sugar Puffs
100g Self Raising Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
Cream together the margarine and sugars, then add the egg and vanilla.
Mix in the oats, flour, sugar puffs, baking soda and salt.
Stir in 60g grams of chocolate – I used Areo bubbly mini bars chopped into small chunks.
Scoop or spoon cookie dough on a baking tray or baking stone.
Bake in the Oven for 11-12mins at 170c and remove from the oven and allow to cool for 1 minute before placing the cookies on a cooling rack.
Allow to cool or enjoy a cookie warm!
