45g Golden Syrup
75g Light Brown Sugar
3 Small Ripe Bananas
In a small pan heat butter, sugar and golden syrup until all melted.
In a large bowl, add oats and mashed bananas
Stir the oats and banana, then add the raisins. Stir in the melted butter and ensure all the flapjack mixture is combined.
Press the flapjack into a baking tray.
Bake the flapjack at 180c for 20mins.
Ensure cooled, and remove from baking tray
Slice into pieces
