2-3 Eggs (depending how eggy you like it)
20g Melted butter
240g Plain Flour
Pinch of Salt
In a blender or vitamix add the ingredients and blitz until all blended.
Pour batter into a bowl as makes ladling easier.
In a medium shallow fry pan heat a little oil or use spray oil over medium heat, then add 1 ladle spoon full and swirl around the pan to cover the bottom.
Once the batter has set, flip over to cook the other side.
Ensure they are cooked through and lightly brown.
Sometimes a helper is always useful 🙂
Add some filling, fruit, chocolate even cheese! What ever your heart desires!!
Roll up the pancakes
Drizzle with some syrup or sauce and enjoy!
