As you know I do enjoy making sunday morning pancakes..so decided to try an indulgence healthy chocolate pancake!
10g melted butter
15g cocoa powder
50g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
In a good blender or Vitamix add all the ingredients and whizz for a minute or so.
Ensure the batter is smooth with all the oats completely blended.
In a small fry pan heat up and spray a little oil in the pan, and pour in some batter.
Cook until it can be flipped cook both sides until all cooked.
Serve anyway you like it! My kids love it with fresh fruit, maple syrup and sprinkle of sugar.
