Peppa pig inspired chocolate pancakes this weekend:
200ml Milk
100ml plain yogurt
2 Eggs
120g Self Rising Flour
30g Cocoa Powder
50g Caster Sugar
1 tsp baking powder
50g Melted butter
Put all the ingredients into a blender
Whizz up until it’s all mixed together
Heat a fry on medium heat and use some spray oil. Pour a little batter into the pan and flip once it sets.
Ensure both sides are cooked.
My kids usually like some fruit in their pancakes and some maple syrup
