120g Butter soften
150g Light Brown Sugar
200g Plain Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla
6 Party RIngs
4 Chocolate Bourbons
Pink Chocolate Pigs
Chocolate Buttons topped with sprinkles
Into mixing bowl add butter and brown sugar and beat for about a minute.
Mix together on medium speed until combined.
Add flour and re mix on medium speed.
Add 6 party ring biscuits broken up and 4 bourbon biscuits broken up.
Mix together with spoon the broken biscuit chunks.
In a rectangular dish line with foil and spray with cooking spray. Scoop the cookie dough into the dish.
Add some chocolates broken into pieces over the top.
Using the back of a spoon start to level off the dough by spreading it into the corners trying to keep the chocolates near the top of the dough.
Add some pieces chocolate buttons covered with sprinkles over the top.
Bake in the oven at 170c for about 25-30 minutes until slightly golden brown but the centre will still be a little soft ( for the chewy cookie pie)
Allow to cool for a few minutes and then remove from the glass baking dish.
Slice into smaller pieces while still warm.
