Banana Oat Pancakes with Chocolate & Berries

My kids love sunday morning pancakes so here is a healthy version of a pancake (without the chocolate), very weight watchers friendly if you remove the chocolate as will be part of the filling & healthy.

Ingredients:
250ml Skimmed Milk
3 Eggs
4 packs of Truvia
125g Oats
1 Banana
Raspberries
Chopped Strawberries
Optional: Milk Chocolate chunks ( I used Easter egg shell)

In a blender add milk, eggs, sweetener, oats and banana.

Whizz up for about 2 mins until its all blended.

Heat a small shallow fry pan and spray with non stick cooking spray. Now 2 ways to make the pancake either with the fruit cooked in side the pancake or fruit on top.

Here is option 1:

Pour in a little batter, sprinkle on the fruit and some optional milk chocolate chunks and cook until set, then flip the pancake over to cook the other side.
