Pickled onion hommous

Homemade pickle onion Hommous & Pitta chips

This is a quick easy lunch meal!

For the Hommous
2 cans chick peas
4 medium gloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp tahini pasta
6-8 pickled onions
1 juice of lemon

Add all the above ingredients into a vitamix or good blender and pulse until you get that slightly chunky but not purée texture- and that’s it! It’s done.

Pickled onion hommus

Pitta chips:

Roughly cut up the wholemeal pittas into small pieces and bake in the oven for about 10-12 mins at 180c
