Some left over unused ready rolled puff pasty was left over from the festive season, so I thought I’d try something new.
I rolled out the pasty and laid it into a medium bar pan, ensuring there is enough on either side to cover.
In pan I sautéed some mushrooms,aubergines, onions and pepper with a can of chopped tomatoes and Italian herbs.
Spread on top of the pasty, and sprinkle with cheese
Cover with the pasty trying to seal the sides.
