Food Diary: Day 9

Today wasn’t what I would call as a clean day – more of a total cheat!
Day started off very well as I got to my 3rd proper gym session was lasting 45mins including 20 minute jog/walk/run, a circuit ( Russian Twists x10, 1 leg hip raises x12, stars jumps x10 and plank 30sec all done 4 times) with 5mins on the stepper.

Breakfast was skipped completely – as after the gym, I did my friday domestic chores and then my hubster popped down and wanted to eat out for lunch!

So off we went for Frankie & Benny’s lunchtime deal where I had a rather unhealthy but delicious Californian Pizza

Now as we had to rush back, as the service was rather slow, we ended getting one of those amazing Lion McFlurry from McDonald’s

So after most of a day of junk, what do you have for dinner….Chips and Burger from Mr Chippy (Our new best Chip shop local – on St. Leonard’s road)
