Day 6 – still not going to plan, but been another busy day for a finance geek – joys of year-end.
I skipped breakfast, just lots of coffee.
Lunch – whole-wheat baguette and a pot of cheese
Dinner- Cauliflower, broccoli, brown rice, buck wheat and mushrooms cooked in a pressure cooker topped with some half fat cheese and whole wheat crackers.
Afters – first I started with Honey roast peanuts then followed by blueberries and raspberries
