Food Diary – day 5

Another manic day from work to swim lessons to quick weekly shop!

Breakfast – an apple


Lunch – small pot if cheese and wheat baguette with a few grapes


Dinner – 50/50 Kingmill bread toasted, birds eye potato waffle, 1/2 tin of Tesco value beans, 1/2 cup of sweetcorn, onion & mushrooms sautéed, some half fat cheese and Cholula hot sauce creation

Followed by a few chocolate biscuitsFooter
