Food Diary Day 16

Breakfast Smoothie: 100g pomegranate, 100ml skimmed milk, 1 scoop USN Whey, 200ml water and ice all blended in the Vitamix.

Mid Morning Snack: Blackberries and Coffee Trieste Nespresso Coffee

Lunch: Wholemeal toast, sautéed vegetables (mushrooms, courgette, leek and broccoli), fat free cottage cheese and egg whites

Afternoon Snack: Camomile Spiced apples tea by Twinings and blackberries

Dinner: Sautéed minced quorn and mix vegetables with salsa and half fat cheese

followed by some blueberries and grapes

Problem with eating mainly fruit and veg is that you get hungry fairly quickly after.
Late Snack of 0% fat greek yogurt and fake Special K (aldi)
