Food Diary -Day 13

Back to eating clean and healthy.

Today I have done a 5:2 Intermittent Fasting Day of eating 500cals.

Breakfast – skipped

Lunch – Fat Free cottage cheese salad and an apple

Dinner – Broccoli, Mushroom and pepper soup with chopped boiled egg whites

Afters post gym – 0% Fat free greek yogurt and blackberries
