Baked Camembert

This is for amazing specially if you are a cheese lover. I made this on Christmas Eve with some fresh Tesco Tiger bread loaf.

First buy the camembert that comes in the wooden box ideally if you can, due to christmas rush I couldn’t find one so instead wrapped mine in some foil.

Using a knife stab the top a few times and slice up some garlic and push it into the stabbed holes. Sprinkle with chilli flakes, oregano and drizzle some olive oil on top. Using your fingers massage then top and ensuring some of the chilli flakes and herbs goes into the stabbed slits.

Wrap in foil or cover with wooden box top and bake in the oven at 200c for approximately 30-40 mins or until the cheese wobbles as if its fully melted inside.

Open and if you slice across the middle in a X and peel back the skin, and enjoy with some fresh crusty bread and butter.

This is probably my Heaven!!!
