My lovely Aunti gave me a massive bag of scone mix in which you only add water. So I thought I’d give a whirl!
Mix in a mixer using the K beater the scone mix, herbs and water, roll out to 3/4 inch and using a 68mm cutter you can get about 15 scones. Cut out the scones and place onto the baking tray. Give them an egg or milk wash and bake for 12-15 mins at 220c.
