Sweet, oats, hint of chocolate what more do you need as fall draws in! I decided to make some heart flapjacks! Only takes a few minutes to make and so incredibly easy
150g golden syrup
50g greek currants
100g dark chocolate
In a pan heat the butter, sugar and syrup until all melted
Mix in the currants, oats and chopped chocolate.
Bake in the oven for 15-20mins at 180c or until golden brown
Allow to cool slightly and turn cut into smaller pieces and enjoy!
