Great start to a Sunday – protein packed pancakes with fruit
Egg whites 3
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (USN 100% Whey)
I tbsp flaxseed milled
3 tbsp porridge oats
150ml milk (skimmed or almond)
Sugar free maple syrup
Add all the pancake ingredients into the Vitamix ( or blender) and cook pancakes like normal in a pan flipping over to cook both sides. Serve with fruit and syrup and a nespresso coffee! Sunday mornings can’t get better than this!!
